We are engaged in the overall planning, design, construction, and operation of Passage Kinkai, a comprehensive resort facility located in a beautiful location facing Omura Bay. The facility includes the Passage Kinkai Island Golf Club, one of the best seaside courses in Japan, a hotel with ocean views from every room, restaurants for one to enjoy fresh local ingredients, aesthetic salons, and wedding facilities, providing a high-quality environment where you can fully enjoy resort life throughout the four seasons.

Ashinoko Skyline Toll Road

Scenic sightseeing road with views of Lake Ashi in Hakone and Mt. Fuji

We operate and maintain the Ashinoko Skyline, a scenic tourist road located on the border of Kanagawa and Shizuoka Prefectures, offering scenic views of Lake Ashi in Hakone and Mt. Fuji. On top of promoting regional development, it also serves as a place for us to acquire toll road management know-how and to practice asset management for road preservation, which we acquired for the first time in the toll road business, and is reflected in our new road constructions.
