2. About Team NIPPO

1. ①Since its establishment in 1985 as Nippon Hodo Racing Team, Team NIPPO has competed in road races in Europe, Japan, and Asia as a UCI Continental Team until 2014.
2. ② Since 2015, the team as UCI Professional Continental Team, has been actively supporting the development of talented Japanese riders and team staff, including coaches, mechanics, and sports massage therapists.
3. ③Since 2021, we have been working continuously on supporting the development of Japanese riders and team staff members, employing a two-team structure consisting of a UCI World Team and a UCI Continental Team.
4. ④For the 2026 season, the team will support Shunsuke Imamura, a member of the Japanese national team for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, along with Yukiya Arashiro, Koki Kamata, and Koji Narita. We will continue to, as in the previous year, give support to the four Japanese female cyclists, as well as to all the support staff working with Team NIPPO.
