Pavement is applied for smooth pass of automobiles and pedestrians. The material most used for this pavement is Hot Mix Asphalt.

NIPPO sells this Hot Mix Asphalt as the main business pillar. We also sell road related products, to include asphalt emulsion and road construction materials. In addition, in order to contribute to the formation of a recycling society, NIPPO has built Japan’s first recycling system for the reuse of waste pavement materials, and promotes the reuse of dissolved slag and other industrial by-products. Moreover, NIPPO proactively promotes environmental protection activities by acquiring ISO14000 certification at our Hot Mix Asphalt plants.

NIPPO has built a network through which high quality products are supplied from more than 150 nationwide asphalt mixture plants.

Introduction of asphalt normal temperature mixture "Remiphalt"

NIPPO’s normal temperature asphalt mixture "Remiphalt", developed in 1965, is the first normal temperature asphalt mixture developed in Japan.

“Remiphalt” is normal temperature asphalt mixture which can be treated easily. Use at normal temperature is the greatest feature of the product.
