1934：
Nippon Hodo Co., Ltd. was established when Nippon Oil Co., Ltd. was merged with Road Department of Asano Bussan Co., Ltd.
2003：
The absorption-type split of new Nippon Oil Engineering, Inc. was carried out, and the company name was changed into Nippo Corporation Co., Ltd.
2009：
The company name was changed into NIPPO CORPORATION.
